Thank you for shopping with us at Rubicons! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Hence, we've formulated our refund policy to facilitate hassle-free exchanges and returns.

15 Days Return and Exchange Policy:

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to request a return or exchange.

Note: We don't cover the return shipping Fee and the customer has to bear the return shipping Fee as the shipping Fee is already covered by our end.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The product is in a damaged condition within 7 days of receipt.
• The product is missing parts.
• The product received is different from the one ordered.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly reach out to us via Gmail at contact@rubicons.in. Upon acceptance of your request, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Our refund policy ensures that you receive your refund within 7 working days from the date of approval.

The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 7 to 10 business days to the original mode of payment.
