Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Rubicons! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Hence, we've formulated our refund policy to facilitate hassle-free exchanges and returns.


1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window 

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and unworn
  • Tags must be intact
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase / order ID is required
  • Unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts or pauses)

2. If You Didn’t Like the Product (Change of Mind Policy)

If you did not like the product:

  • You must email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn and in original condition
  • After receiving the product, we will inspect it carefully
  • Refund will be processed within 8–12 working days after approval
  • A ₹150 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer


 

 

 

3. Damaged / Defective / Missing Product

 

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged (report within 7 days of delivery)
  • Product has missing parts
  • Wrong product received

Important:

  • Unboxing video is strictly mandatory
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened
  • No claims will be accepted without proper unboxing proof

 

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If applicable, ₹150 delivery charge will be deducted in case of return due to dislike

 

 

 

 

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear product images

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

 

6. Refund Timeline

 

  • Refund approval: Within 8–12 working days after inspection
  • Amount will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

 




7. Sale Items & Damage Claims



       

                    Items purchased on sale or promotional offers are strictly non-returnable. To claim damage or defects on eligible items, a continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory, and the exact damage must be clearly visible in the footage for the claim to be processed.
